Sales Support Coordinator

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will

• Support Sales Leaders & Agents â?? Provide comprehensive business support to Regional Sales Directors, Account Managers, Agency Principals, and Agents.
• Coordinate New Business Processing â?? Serve as case coordinator from application submission through policy delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Deliver Outstanding Service â?? Provide professional, high-quality service to policyholders, Agents, vendors, and internal Home Office teams.
• Build Strong Relationships â?? Foster positive working relationships with Agents, Field Sales Management, Agency Principals, and support staff.

Required Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelorâ??s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of administrative experience, ideally in insurance or sales support environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet applications, and general PC use.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and guide others effectively.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities; capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance department and HIPAA privacy regulations is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Physicians Mutual products, benefits, and underwriting guidelines.
